Waiver and Release of Liability: I understand that while I am participating in the event , I will be using public streets and facilities where hazards exist; I am aware of and appreciate the risks that may result. I am also aware that accidents may occur during this event which could result in serious injury or death. I am voluntarily participating in the event with the knowledge of all such risk. I agree to assume all the risks and release, hold harmless and covenant not to sue Heritage Hills and any designated beneficiaries, sponsors, officials, participating clubs, communities, organizations, friends at the event including the event medical sponsors and members of the medical team, directors, officers, agents, and members, for any claim, loss or liability that I may have arising out of my participations in the event including both bodily injury, death, or property damage, whether caused by negligence or carelessness of the release or otherwise. Furthermore I state that I am physically capable of competing in the event. I grant permission to all the foregoing to use any photographs motion pictures, recordings, or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose. *The run will not be timed and prizes will not be awarded *All donations are non-refundable
